The Three Billy Goats Gruff

Our story in English for the next few weeks is The Three Billy Goats Gruff.  It is a very tricky story, with lots of adjectives and conjunctions in, but we are doing a great job of using our story map to retell it.

Can you remember what a verb is?

We have been changing the ending of verbs to make our sentences make sense.  We have been particularly focussing on the -ing and -ed endings, for example:

The goats were jumping on the bridge.

The goats walked across the bridge.
